Support mechanism of Axis Softech is extremely alert and
client oriented. With large number of clients enjoying our
support services confirms that they have never experienced
such support mechanism before, where all their
queries/requests are solved long before their stipulate
time period. Axis defines supports in two different
categories:
Online and Telephonic support.
There is a provision of 24 X 7 X 365 Online support and
telephonic support for eight working hours other than all
bank and government holidays as per Indian calendar.
The other mode of support is onsite or support on call.
Onsite support is when we place/station our technical
engineer/s at the client location for complete support and
system maintenance. And in support on call we send our
technical engineer/s to the client location within 24
hours from the time requested.
